Being a 911 it’s fast and fun but add a twin turbo set up to the sublime 3.6L flat six and you get 480hp and a 0-100kph time of 3.4 seconds. It’s next level fast and fun. Rear seats are more suited to a dog of the handbag variety and fuel consumption will be prodigious if your right foot is made of lead. Well it’s seen as competition for the 3 series BMW but, let’s be honest, whilst the BMW says “take me to my meeting” in a very serious tone, the Alfa is skipping the meeting and is already heading to a stylish restaurant. You get a 4 cylinder turbo charged engine with 276hp that’ll launch you to 100kph in 5.7 seconds. It’s actually pretty sporty for its class and loads of fun – a drivers car. Yes it’s an Alfa and if you live in a closed off bubble you’ll believe BMWs are uber reliable and cool and you’ll stick with them.
