The reason I was asking about hail damage is that it shows hail damage on the front panel. If this damage is all over it then it would affect the value of it.

All available information is stated in the listing and we don't know anything about the history as clearly we aren't dealing with the previous owner only the insurance company. Is the damage on the RH side? It looks like scuffing and a hole, is that correct? What is the size of the hole? Could you perhaps add photos of the damaged area but zoomed out a bit? Many thanks for your patience with all the questions.
