Buyer and Sellers fees

Buyers fees are payable on all boats and marine goods and guarantees legal ownership. We make sure the person selling is authorised to do so and we even do the change of ownership for you - how easy is that!

Please note that buyers fees are not added for Trade Me sale.

Buyers fees are included in your Trade Me bid, what you bid is what you pay.

Sellers Fees for Turners Auctions and Tenders  - Boats

Up to $499	27% of sale price with a $250 minimum	$75 per auction
$500 to $1,499	$360 plus 5.5% of sale price
$1,500 and over	9.5% of sale price
Sellers Fees for Turners Auctions and Tenders - Marine Goods
Up to $499	25% of the Trade Me sale price	No Entry Fee
$500 to $1,499	$150 plus 15% of the Trade Me sale price
$1,500 and over	$300 plus 5% of the Trade Me sale price
Sellers Fees for Trade Me Auctions - Boats & Marine Goods
For Trade Me auctions, the Buyer Fees are subtracted from your bid - what you bid is what you pay.
