- Portable building for sale: Portable Building Approx 12m long x 7.2 wide. Building splits into two for transport (approx 12 x 3.6). 1 x split air-con unit 5 x windows with bars, 2 x lockable doors. Please note - office furniture & equipment are not included in auction
- Portable Toilet & Shower Block: Portable toiler & shower block. One building with separate men's & woman's toilet blocks. Men's toilet - 4x stalls, 2 x showers, 3 x hand basins & 1 x urinal. Woman's toilet - 2 x stalls, 1 x shower & 1 x hand basin. Plumbing & power will be disconnected for removal. Approx 10 m long x 3 m wide x 2.6 m high & tails

Collection will be by arrangement only.
Please also note that the buildings will be disconnected from power and water but other work may be required to make them ready for transport.
All transport and loading is the buyers responsibility.
The crane or hiab operator, for lifting and loading, must be inducted to site. Concessions may be discussed for a “non self-loading” truck driver to be escorted onto site for collection.
