Terms & Conditions

Turners means Turners Group NZ Limited.

Customer means any person, not being an Ineligible Person, who:

• (a) visits Turners Porirua branch during the Promotion Period; and
• (b) holds a full NZ driver’s licence, is over the age of 18 and ordinarily lives in New Zealand.

Ineligible Person means employees of Turners and their immediate families, and any agencies associated with this Promotion.

Prize means a 2007 Nissan Tiida 18G, Black, VIN 7AT0DH78X18024760

Promotion means the offer described in these terms and conditions.

Promotion Period means from Friday 25 May 2018 to 5:00 pm on 30 June 2018.

1. Every Customer who completes an entry form and deposits it into the box at Turner’s Porirua branch during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw to win the Prize.
2. A Customer may only enter the Promotion once.
3. The Prize winner will be drawn on 6 July 2018 at 3pm.
4. The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. The winning Customer will be selected at random.
6. The winning Customer must be present at the draw or reachable by phone between 3 and 5pm on 6 July 2018.  Turners will attempt to contact the winning customer using the telephone number provided when you enter the Promotion.
7. The Customer will forfeit the Prize awarded to them if:
   1. the Customer does not acknowledge that they are the winner of the Prize either personally or by phone before 5.00 pm on 6 July 2018; or
   2. the winning Customer was ineligible to enter the Promotion.
8. If a winning Customer forfeits the Prize, Turners will redraw the Prize using the same process described and another winner will be chosen for that Prize on the next business day and clause 5 will apply with the necessary modifications.
9. By participating in the Promotion, a Customer:
   1. agrees to these terms and conditions; and
   2. gives Turners consent to use the Customer’s personal details to conduct this Promotion and use the Customer’s name and image in any related publicity (which may include disclosure to third parties for processing and analysis of the Promotion).
10. Turners reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and reserves the right to deem ineligible any entrant for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to submit an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. Decisions made by Turners in relation to the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Turners reserves the right to vary the terms, and/or to modify, terminate or reschedule the Promotion, and/or to substitute any Prize with a similar prize of the same value, at any time and without prior notification.
13. Turners will use the email address you provide to send unsolicited information about products and services in electronic form.   You may request that Turners delete your email address at any time by either contacting Turners in writing, email or using the functional unsubscribe feature on an email you may have received from Turners.
